You may feel more comfortable with a round-the-table meeting at our London office. We will discuss your problems with you in depth and advise you on the best possbile options available to you once we have clearly crstalised your problems and the likely outcomes.
Recommendation
Should you wish to pursue any of the recommended options we will outline the course it will take.
Service
Once you accept our recommendation we will work in your very best interest throughout until the service you have chosen is complete. Our specialist service includes minimising any potential exposure for personal liability claims against you as company director.
Client Records
Unlike insolvency practitioners, we are not obliged by law to keep our clients' records for the minimum period of 6 years. Upon receiving your written instructions they will be destroyed.
